Good morning folks. In view of the sentencing of some soldiers to death by firing squad as a consequence of mutiny, I personally want to launch an appeal to the military authorities to spare them and commute their death sentence. I intend to use Twitter to create awareness and I have devised the hash tag #SpareTheSoldiers.

But the problem is that I don't know my way around Twitter. how do I launch the hashtag? How do I make others see it? How do I make it popular? Please help a Twitter novice out here. Or you may even just do it yourself to make things faster.

The bottom line is that those soldiers must not die.

just type it in and tell your guys to RT it.
