So a 4th Gen Intel would be OK for design work? Is 150-160k enough for something good? For those specs I gave?

I am using the core i7 version of the Dell Inspiron 7737 and I got it for 170K as the Nigerian used condition with lots of cosmetic wears and tears, the system is a knockout but has developed some minor issues that are fixable though, and for the fact that laptop are now damn expensive today in recession Nigeria, I advise any of you guys to buy this core i5 while you still can.
