A man living at ALAGDADO, very close to SANGO OTA, Visited Ebutte Meta, on his way home still at Ebutte Meta he decides to buy N500 recharge card, unfortunately he couldnt load the card due to network fairlure. After several attempts he decided to leave the card with the card vendor, however the vendor insisted that the man should pay for the card, on the opinion that since it was a network issue that the network provider will eventually award the card to the man; but the man refused to pay also insisting that he cannot pay for a card he didnt recharge. To cut the long story short, the situation turned into an issue between the vendor and the buyer. Opinion 1: some said the man shouldnt pay for the card Opinion 2: others said he should pay for the card Whats your stake on this? Give reasons please. |

It is a scratch card-like recharge then he should pay,if its a paper recharge,then he shouldn't. Calling customer care could help! |

Nedu2000. It wasnt a paper recharge. And customer care line wasnt going through since there was a system breakdwn from the network provider. |
