Yes...... But depends on your location.....

Bought this power bank in December 2014.
I now attest to the fact that the srac power bank, or maybe mine in particular is 10000 MAH and not 20000 MAH as stated.
Since day one of usage, It only charges my gionee m2 4200mah battery just twice (from more than 10% to 100%).
4200mah + 4200mah + other loss =1000mah.

Thank you sir,Well I can't have a dispute on that cos am not with u but I personally use a tablet (and u know d capacities of the battery of such device) and it charges it more than 3 times before going off, and moreover a power bank CANNOT give you the exact capacity it is designed for....
