Before in Nigeria, it was 'abboki shine my shoe' but presently it's 'kwame shine my shoe'. Gaynians are our slaves but nowadays they are becoming rebellious. |

Why do you start some of these topics? where do you get your statistics from? very uneducated stats... you hear a few of your colleagues talking about real estate in Ghana and you suddenly believe the whole of Ghana is owned by Nigerians? are you for real? Ghana is a nation of 25 million people a small nation by comparison to Nigeria and in other aspects... land mass, cultural diversity, languages spoken etc. Still it doesn't give license to post unsubstantiated facts like 50% of real estate in Ghana is owned by Nigerians. stop the bull shit. Also Lagos which compares to Ghana in population is 75% OF Ghana's GDP. Then again all these are stats which are mostly grossly over represented or under represented. These rating companies no why they do so. I never trust any statistics which does not translate into real impact on the ground. You can glory in numbers but if you are wise, you will weep for the state of affairs in your Naija and if you have empathy for others, extend your weeping to cover Ghana and other nations. It's embarrassing. |

Bless you bro! You know this is one of the most stupid articles I have come across! I felt so disappointed that people were not reasonable enough to read through the lines, but because it gratified nigerias imaginary superiority.... this is cheap reporting!, this is the original post.- www.businessdayonline.com/2013/11/40-buyer-interest-in-ambassador-heights-resonates-nigerians-investment-appetite/ ..[b]this is the title of the topic *40% buyer-interest in Ambassador Heights resonates Nigerians’ investment appetite* And this is the project still under construction close to movenpick hotel-[\b] [img]https://fbcdn-photos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xap1/v/t1.0-0/s480x480/10345555_714258645329516_1397566585870153626_n.jpg?efg=eyJpIjoiYiJ9&oh=0f3fe051f19854d1e563aa68917fbff1&oe=552E5820&__gda__=1429813630_61855acc76721f4934ec672817648c03[img] [img]https://fbcdn-photos-d-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/v/t1.0-0/s480x480/1016886_714258651996182_7925690938796900726_n.jpg?efg=eyJpIjoiYiJ9&oh=9a21bcfcc8c5222b9fe695e17171bb3b&oe=54FC35DA&__gda__=1429209101_76e735f56e58538c85960c32473a2085[img] . it consist of 18 luxury homes of which nigerian nationals bought 40 percent in the estate! How did it now turn into *Nigerians In Ghana Control Over 50% Real Estate Investments* Where is the sense therewhat an insult! Its even an insult to me that knows about these real estate projects! The real estate sector has been vibrant over the year! And has seen a lot of ghanaian developers springing up building projects worth billions of dollars! The strongest foreigners in the market are the italians and lebanese, nigerians are mainly in the end side buying properties...so where from all this crap! This media house can even be sued for such a statement. Crap!!! |
