@i_laugh, You need to be very clear. When you say stolen cars, do you mean the dealers steal the cars? Because from my own experience, a car could be stolen in the US and when it is recovered, the insurance company, which has already compensated the true owner, auctions the car. Is that kind of car still classified as STOLEN? |
