The exam is P BT, I am not a staff of Ecobank so i wouldnt knw abt puntuality.

Gatecrashers were allowed to write but it was after those u had d printout n sms invite had written. This was when I wrote o but I dont know if they would be allowed dis time. No harm in trying, just stay around till d exam is over

look! its nt abt me hiding stuffs or something. I did exactly wat dx op did last month. Nobody gave any comment relating to question format. They were all dropping their mails even after i posted the invite. Follow this said consistently and see whether suggestions will come up....seeing someone making the same mistake and u expect me to keep quite?

And its surprising u'r telling me to repent from a behaviour when you don't even know me...smh

To start with, gatecrashing for Ecobank exams are not allowed. You are either invited or not.

The exam started at 9:45am, original time was 9am, so for those working already, u can be sure that they usually keep to time.

Calculators are allowed and you need a pencil for shading, make sure to staple one passport photo to ur cv before getting there.

The exam format is shl, quantitative and verbal. The examiner will explain the steps involved to answer the questions and then everyone will be asked to solve 3 examples each on both the quantitative and verbal question paper. These examples do not form part of your score as the answers to the examples will be called out before you start your work.

My personal advice will be to start with the verbal questions when u are asked to start. The verbal comes with 13 passages and 4 questions under each passage. The options are true, false and cannot say. Another thing most people don't know is when answering questions on SHL, do not use any previous knowledge u have about that topic to answer the questions, focus on the passage, whatever is not in the passage is false or cannot say. Do not use your previous knowledge to answer the question even if it sounds right, if it's not in the passage, forget it.

For the quantitative, there are lots of graph representation. All the diagrams are given to u on a separate sheet to make your work easier. Just look at the question and locate what graph or piechart will help u answer your questions, all these will be shown to u at the beginning by the examiner.

Total questions: 92
Total time: one hour (1hr)

You have to very swift and accurate in ur work.

I wrote the test on September 26 and got my result a week after. I passed the test.

The only thing i know is the training school duration-heard itz four months.

Hello Anastacia and woodcrest, congrats to u both. I also passed my aptitude test and interview since January this year(2015) but i haven't heard anything from them since then oo. Please what are your status/stage concerning the recruitment. Also please reply to my PM so i/we could get help and enlightened.
