Good morning fellow webmasters. I am currently preparing a feasibility report/business plan on an online shopping mall.

I want it in such a way that:

1. Goods of different categories will be displayed alongside dia prices.

2. Customers should be able to view displaced goods both on a computer and mobile devices.

3. Customers should be able to chat with "shop manager" so as to negotiate prices.

4. Customers should be able to pre-order goods and make payment(s) online, plus should also be able to track dia goods.

5. Customers should also be able to review goods bought.

In summary, customers are Nigerians, while the goods are from abroad. So customers will be shopping abroad online.

Please the site should be content management system with admin backend for multiple admins.

It also shouldn't involve the use of template.

Please let me know the budget for such project.
