I assume its an Android tab.

Did you try changing the IMEI number so that you can use BIS on it?

Or did you recently upgrade the OS, flash or even root the phone?

Change your IMEI No to the one that came with your phone. Your IMEI No is usually written on the carton that came with your phone or at the back of your phone( you've to remove your battery to see it).
Write the number down and do the ffg:

*.Write the following in your dialler– *#7465625# or*#*#3646633#*#**

*Click to Call pad or connectivity options.

*.Find out CDS information and tap on it.

*.Check out for Radio information.

*.If you have dual SIM, there will be two options(Phone 1 and Phone 2) for you, select the one which you want to go with.

*.Now to change IMEI number type the ffg.

AT +EGMR=1,7,”IMEI_1”(for sim 1) AT+EGMR=1,10,”IMEI_2”(for sim 2)

E.g
AT+EGMR=1,7,"974578345937555"

N.B If your phone is a dual sim phone and comes with only one IMEI No, use it for the two sims.

*Click "SEND AT COMMAND"

That's not possible bro, every phone has IMEI no, it's always written on the phone, they don't have to write IMEI before you know its the IMEI no. Remove the back cover of your phone and check or are you saying you don't know how to remove the back cover of your tablet?

That's funny, the IMEI is always written on a sticker and placed inside the phone/carton.
You can also dial *#06# to check it.

Thanks a lot if have problem you dig deeper for solution I use this procedure but what happened is the IMEI I used wasn't for the tablet now is pretty OK.
