Continuous Improvement Engineers

Responsibilities:
You will ensure maintenance and continuous running of equipment, oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.

Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs
Carrying out inspections.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Responding to break downs
Diagnosing faults
Supervising engineering and technical staff
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures.


Job Requirements
1-3 years increasingly responsible professional experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Postgraduate Degree/Masters in Engineering management and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Safety awareness
Detailed Knowledge of Operation and maintenance.
Ability to communicate with multi-level teams in highly effective and efficient manner
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant technical knowledge.

Qualification:
Expectation/Qualities
• Relevant first degrees (BSc/HND)
• Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail.
• Good negotiation skills
• Must be numeric and be able to demonstrate an understanding of basic accountancy.
