Former President Olusgun Obasanjo returned to the National Open University, Lagos Tuesday morning to enrol for a doctorate degree, beginning first with a Masters degree in Christain Theology. Obasanjo, in 2009, obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in the same discipline. He said it was important for him to make some commitments towards achieving his aspirations in life.
