Hi, I stay in this same estate. It's a good place but I disagree with the "Water Running" lie. It is not possible to sink a borehole in that area due to nearness to water so we have to depend on Lagos State Water corporation and the supply isn't bad anyway. I just feel you need to mention that to people so they know ahead of time. Also, the internal road network of the estate is BAD BAD BAD, I hope the new tenant is driving an SUV or a mini-SUV. 1 Like |
