hmmm the latter is cool but i'll go with the former REASONS: Since its an offer I wouldn't want to be greedy, besides I have always wanted to start small, perhaps learn to manage some stuffs before moving to a bigger lifestyle. |

I will go with the former but it depends on the type and location of the room. If not the latter makes sense for me if I can afford it. |
