Apro Global Real Estate Agency is in need of an Assistant Real Estate Manager.

Our candidate is expected to;

1.) Perform and supervise all the business operations.

2.) Acquire new properties, meet with clients, rent out apartments, supervise repair and maintenance of apartments, etc. He also supervises the construction of new apartments, develops promotional activities, and performs many other administrative tasks on a routine basis.

3.) Our assistant real estate manager has to be updated with the current trends in the real estate market and construction industry.

Candidate must be a business oriented individual with an inclination for customer service. He must have strong knowledge of regional and national real estate market and should be able to identify profitable opportunities for the agency. Must be flexible to travel and work outdoors frequently.

Qualification: A degree in business/estate management or a related field.

N/B: An experience of working in real estate agency even in the position of a sales executive can be of advantage.
