This looks more like a Rolls Royce than a Bentley. Isn't that the Spirit of Ecstacy on the grille??
The front part is definitely that of a Bentley.

Side note: Aren't Africans ashamed? Notice that all those countries' leaders drive indigenously made cars...

Haha, even if Innoson blows up and presents a car with similar specs as Mercedes, I'm sure our Politicians would still go for Toyota, Benz and the rest.

Everything from outside seems more attractive, even foreign banks. That's why they prefer to carry our money to go deposit in the nicer foreign banks for our "Safety".

Please I'm asking;can a citizen of any of these countries buy the same type of their 'state car' and permitted to drive it?

The President of Nigeria and other high profile government officials use a black armored Mercedes Benz S-Class 2012 adorned with the Nigerian flag and official party flag.
Other luxury cars, like the BMW 730L and the Range Rover, all armoured, are used. The President travels in a motorcade of 30 cars and 10 escort motorcycles, along with police cars and 6 Mercedes S-550 of SSS surrounding the presidents car . Foreign visitors also travel along in the president’s car.

Sentiment will not let people like you reason well, apart from China and Japan which other Asian countries president are driving their indigenous cars ? Even Russian president is driving a Mercedes car, Vatican pope a Mercedes too, Norway a Audi car. Are all these cars indigenous cars of the respective European presidents? So guy no car company in Africa can manufacture such high tech cars till then allow them to drive the ones available.
