Job Title: Team Leader - Lagos

Job Description:
• Team Leader required for Mobilising for Development Programmes in Lagos.
• The program is a local governance development programme and is in the first year of operation.
• Destiny Builders is seeking applications from development professionals with the capacity and determination required to assume the Team Leader role on the project based in Lagos.
• The project aims to provide effective demand and supply side governance reform to the Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in Lagos. The project expects to improve local council service delivery by enhancing citizens’ ability to demand better services at the local level and enhancing local government responsiveness and increasing responsiveness, transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Programme management
• Client relationship management and reporting
• Stakeholder management

• Financial management and procurement
• Programme administration and reporting
• Programme reporting


Job Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
Eligibility Criteria:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical track record in governance, institutional capacity development, voice and accountability
• Demonstrable commitment to social inclusion – particularly in relation to gender equality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, management and organizational skills
• Open to national and international candidates
