A Man has been arrested by the Nigerian police over the murder of a middle-aged woman, identified as Silifat Yakubu.She was allegedly killed by her husband, Ismail Yakubu, at Igbele, near Araromi Ale Olorunda Local Council Development Area, along Badagry Expressway in Lagos.

It was gathered that the mutilated body of the deceased was found in a small river located at the community’s entrance, where she was supposedly dumped after she was murdered.
Vanguard gathered that, some of the victim’s body parts, such as her eyes, breasts and uterus, were allegedly missing when her corpse was found by passersby, suggesting that she must have been murdered for ritual purposes.

Ambimbola Sule, a commercial motorcyclist in the area, said:

“Residents in the community woke up on Saturday morning to find the lifeless body of a woman inside the river that leads into Igbele.Initially, people could not identify the person because her face had several cuts. She was wearing a lace gown, with no underwears.

We've lost another woman to a deluded man, I'm sure he would have been showing some signs but she probably ignore those signs because he's the father of her children.
I'm not a perfect being and won't blame her for staying back, but women should please run from perverts, don't let a man make your children motherless, it's time all women in abusive relationship start taking charge of their lives.
