In its business expansion exercise, a mid-sized Company, managers of a well known brand of Consumer Electronics products, is seeking to recruit interesting, self driven and result oriented personnel to fill these positions in its Lagos office-

JOB CODE 1: [b]OME[/b]

Job Title: Online Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Role Objective:


• Increase the visibility, activity and sales of company products through the engagement of all online retail outlets

• Maximise the use of all company communication and marketing activities to build brand loyalty


To deliver on these objectives and requirements of your role, you will need to-



1. Engage all online retail shops to increase visibility of the brand, its products and services in the market place and ultimately meet the financial obligation attached to this role;

2. Ensure prompt delivery of products to the online retail shops and the after sales service/support;

3. Build traffic and sales of the company products in all online retail outlets and communication channels of the company;

4. Implement company marketing plans to ensure marketing ‘message’ is aligned with messages across all channels of communication of the company;

5. Work with the company’s PR agency to ensure implementation of all marketing strategies of the company;

6. Develop promotional literatures for company products and oversee the work of graphic artists engaged to produce Ad designs for company products and services;

7. Liaise from time to time with media professionals as will be instructed and under express approval by management;

8. Work closely with the sales, business development teams to aid the sale of all company products by driving digital marketing of company products and services;

9. Monitor the display and visibility of company products, ads across various retailers and branches for better visibility and placement;

10. Research into consumer needs, competitor activities and market trends, using such insights to guide marketing campaigns and company communications;

11. Take advantage of celebrations and festivities to create buzz around company products across the different social media networks and other avenues as shall be incorporated in the marketing plans of the company;

12. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time aimed at achieving the business objectives of the organisation.


Requirement for this role

1. Bachelors degree in any filed
2. 2-3 years experience (experience in similar role will be an added advantage
3. Business savvy and excellent verbal and written communications skills
4. High sales passion and drive
5. Ability to prioritize, lead self, multitask and work independently and in a team
6. Strong blend of attention to detail, research, analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
7. Flexibility and ability to travel at short notice
8. High energy and resilience to produce results in a fast-paced environment
9. Excellent social and interpersonal skills

Job Title: Business/Product Development Executive[/b]

Job Location: Lagos

Role Objective:

Engage in periodic research into consumer & industry needs, trends to develop desired products from existing ideas/strategic planning through involvement in several tactical activities to the final production of desired products.

To deliver on this objective and the requirements of this role, you will need to-

1. Source, select and analyze potential partners in the production of desired products; manage and maintain such partner relationships professionally to increase business and better trading terms;

2. Work closely with Head, Business/Product Development Department to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes;

3. Track all business development activities, analyze progress and suggest new strategies based on findings;

4. Engage in research with a view to expanding market intelligence on competitor activities to generate insights to drive business forward;

5. Provide regular feedback to Head, Business/Product Development Department about marketplace and competitor activity for recommendations to management.

6. Work with Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns that generates new business, raises awareness of company products and drives the sales of company products

7. Develop propositions, presentations and reports, as required by the Head of Business/Product Development Department and management;





Requirements for this role

1. Bachelors degree in Related field
2. 2-3 Years Experience
3. Ability to lead self, multitask and work independently and in a team
4. Strong blend of research, analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
5. High energy and resilience to produce results in a fast-paced environment
6. Adequate technical expertise to follow through projects in electronic and hardware designs
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. A high level of maturity to follow though tasks and conclude them delivering results
9. Flexibility and ability to travel at short notice (locally and internationally)
10. Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word and Power Point
11. Excellent social and interpersonal skills
