I just found out a very interesting but true law in the Constitution. The law states that government has the duty to make us (the citizens) HAPPY!
See section 16(1) and (b):
"The state shall within the context of the ideals and objectives for which provisions are made in this Constitution-
(b) control the national economy in such a manner as to secure the maximum welfare, freedom and HAPPINESS of every citizen on the basis of social justice and equality of status and opportunity".

So if your leaders are not making you happy, then kick them out. It's their duty to make us happy and secure our happiness.

Bro, rights entrenched under Chapter 2 of the constitution are not enforecable in a law court. Aptly described as "non-justiciable rights".

Very nice point. They don't need to be. You're right, it can't be taken to court. But knowing the duties of your leaders as entrenched in the Constitution is worth it. It gives you what to expect and what the Constitution supports.
If there is a call for the security of your happiness, then it simply means that fundamentally, your emotional wellbeing is to be taken seriously by any well-meaning leader.

And also, it's not a right of the citizens, it's a DUTY OF GOVERNMENT. The Fundamental Rights are 11.

@kayphyzee Let me also clarify the discrepancy between a duty of government and a right of citizens, with an analogy:
It's the duty of government to build roads (according to section 15(3)a), but not a right of citizens to have good roads. Rather the citizens have a right to freedom of movement(according to section 41(1). So government's duty is to provide the adequate facilities (good roads) for the expression of the citizens' rights(movement).
You can't sue the government for not building roads, but you can sue them for UNLAWFULLY blocking roads(according to section 46)

It's the same with the prerogative of mercy of the executives (governor and president) and charitable assistance of the State (according to section 17(3)g). They are duties of government, which the citizens only get at the discretion of the executives: they can't claim them in court.
