Hatchback, saloon or wagon

Auto gear, factory a/c, central lock, airbag, leather or fabric, very clean interior, alloy or ordinary rim

Cheap and readily available parts and easy to maintain.

Easy to resell

I dont think you would get a tokunbo honda or toyota woth that amount, but you would surely get a neat 1999 camry (tiny light) or honda accord (baby boy)... If you look well though

For 650k you will definately get an old model tokunbo toyota or honda of 94-96 model. Corolla or Civic will be easy while camry or accord maybe at the brink of ur budget.

Naija used 98-2002 civic, corolla, camry or accord in good condition is possible with enough patience and descretion. Dont limit yourself to a yr registered cos a five year registered could be in better condition to a tokumbo even.
