A newly established Ultra Modern water factory with existing line for beverages located in Ondo State urgently requires the services of suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Production Manager – Water factory
2. Procurement Officer

Production Manager- Water Factory[/size][size=8pt]
Responsibilities:
• To plan production schedule, implement and control for the job.
• Determine the human resources/material required.
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
• Make decisions about equipment use and maintenance.
• Ensure standard of operating procedures are adhered to.
• Monitor quality standard, implement and enforce quality control.
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
• Prepare and maintain production report.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, sales and Marketing, distribution and management.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of H.N.D in any related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar position
• Must be highly I.T literate
• Strong knowledge of production machinery and techniques
• Strong knowledge of business, finance and management principles
• Critical thinking, problem solving skills and stress tolerance
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have vast knowledge about the machines involved in a water producing factory.

Procurement Officer[/size][size=8pt]
Job Objectives:
Manage company purchases and assists with contract administration.
Liaise with Departmental Managers to educate, support and process their procurement needs and provide recommendation on purchases for their consideration.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the management, administration, and supervision of the company’s purchasing programs. In charge of contracting services,
• Managing the purchase of supplies, equipment and materials, and negotiating prices and contracts in line with company policy.
• Provision of guidance, advice, and support to ensure that procurement processes implemented are effective, efficient, ethical and provide the best possible value to the company

Qualifications and Requirements:
• An engineering degree preferably with material management or purchasing/logistic management, or a Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience out of which at least 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, of which 2 years must be at an executive level.
• Has worked preferably in the manufacturing and production
• Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and ERP essential.

Sales and Marketing Manager[/size][size=8pt]
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales team to meet set targets
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
• To prospect new distributors and develop network for the appointment of a distributor.
• To build and to maintain good relationship with distributors.
• To ensure good spread and shelve presence of company’s product.
• To monitor competition very closely to promptly and concisely report competitor’s activities in assigned.
• To coordinate all sales reports.
Attributes:
Leadership qualities, ability to drive a vehicle or bus, computer literacy and proper communication in English and Yoruba language. Must possess a valid driver’s license and must be familiar with routes in Ondo South, North and Central.
Qualifications
• BSC/HND Social/Management Sciences.
• 5-8yrs experience on the same position in selling similar product is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and selling skill.
• Should be proactive, honest, energetic and passionate.
• 25 - 35yrs of age.

Quality Control Supervisor[/size][size=8pt]

Responsibilities:
• Supervision of the laboratory
• Regular, Accurate and Prudent Quality Control procedure
• Ensure that no product gets out of the factory without due certification
• Ensure full capacity output

Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND in any related discipline
• At least 3 - 5 years experience
• Additional professional qualification would be an added advantage.
• Versatile - Ability to think outside the box.
• Good initiative for efficient and effective company policy execution
• Exemplary managerial skills
• Ability to synergize with other management staff as well as other factory staff


Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

Qualification and Requirements:
• Qualification of B.sc / HND
• 3-5 years of experience in similar industry will be an added advantage

Stores Officer:[/size][size=8pt]
Responsibilities:
• The Store Supervisor is responsible for all Store operations activities including sending out and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting store transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory and property for the District.
• Receives stores, issues supplies and compiles records of supply transactions across broad, utilizing a computer purchasing and inventory control system.
• Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
• Stores supplies in storerooms and issues material supplies.
• Inventories supplies and equipment at end of each week.
• Compiles report of expenditures.
• Inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Ships cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
• Handles and documents storage and transportation of all raw materials.
• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus.
• Verify articles against purchase orders or packing lists and count and inspect materials for damage or defects.
• Review potential vendor information required to register as a vendor..
• Identify vendors and obtain quotes of prices for goods to be purchased; research on best raw printing materials, substitute products and pricing.
• Select proper storage areas and store articles in bins, racks, shelves, floor etc.
• Enter and retrieve data from a computerized inventory control system.
• Track material usage and establish reorder points.
• Assist in reconciling work order quantities with inventory records.
• Perform weekly cycle counts, quarterly inventory, mid -year inventory, year-end inventory and physical inventory and prepare year-end inventory reports.
• May direct the work of temporary assistants and train them in proper and safe work
• procedures.
• Maintain storage areas, shelves, and outside yard in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assign part numbers to materials through the computer system and perform clerical duties related to the store keeping functions.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, clients and the public using principles of good customer service.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
• University / HND degree in social sciences.
• Ideal candidate must have 1 – 3 years cognate experience in store management.
• Perform general store keeping and warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and computer records; perform physical labour; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse clients.
• Modern store/ warehouse procedures, including methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of materials; basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices etc.
• The ideal candidate will maintain computerized inventory control records on all orders made, received, stored, material issued, supplies; input and track data.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER[size=8pt]

Responsibilities
• Provide office support to the team on administrative, logistic and operational matters.
• Monitor and report the implementation of companies plans and strategies.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that objectives are achieved timely and smartly.
• Take minutes of meetings, type up reports and prepare meeting files when required.
• Responsible for the office filing system both electronic and hard copy files
• Ensure adequate levels of office supplies including paper, toner, ribbons, stationery and other consumables.
• Carry out ordering procedures in a timely and effective manner so that the office does not run out of any of supplies.
• Issuing of stationery to staff, when necessary.
• Keep track on the usage of all supplies for reporting purposes.
• Ensure boardroom and equipment, refreshments etc is arranged for meetings for visitors and for training purposes.
• Keep in contact with senior management on all issues relating to the office.
• Arrange and provide secretarial services for weekly staff meetings
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Minimum of B.sc / HND in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in office administration.
• Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skill.
• Good computer skills including competency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated experience with the use of office equipment including, copier and scanner.
• Strong prioritization, task and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as required whilst maintaining a team approach.
