Many were dropped after AC so I believe a lot of applicants have unfollowed the thread. I tried asking those workforce staff nobody gave a timeline, they just said Oando would get back to us. What do you think?

I'm thinking next week after handing over. That competency based interview was somehow for me o. Just praying for God's favour now. I'm dreadful of a "regret mail" at this stage. Tufiakwa!! sad

bros u no lie bt dey shld be able to pick all of us. we were average of 10 for each department, at worst 15. I strongly believe if you performed well you would be picked irrespective of how many people were interviewed in your department. Me too dread that thing after money spent, time and risk of life travelling.

I spoke with a guy that asked the interviewers when they will get back to us , they said two weeks to one month.....the wait has just gotten real..

Sometimes I wonder why they do these delay in informing someone about success or no for no genuine reason at all. Is it to fix there candidates in or what. Am sure we were assessed immediately after the interview. May God's will be done.

Don't worry bro, they are busy favouring us. Whatever their decisions are, they'll favour us.
