The processor is not common as in 2.5ghz or more and you did not specify if its core i7 or i5 cuz the Used AMD goes for atleast 120k you can guess how much it will cost if it were i7 or i5 will check the market to verify if you are interested

Its a low quality or economic quality (simple use)processor basically for everyday use e.g typing documents, movies,music etc nothing heavy

Dual core is better than celeron cuz it practically means 2 celeron processor or so in one motherboard but its usually higher than celeron

If you want a laptop then you should have a certain need for it what is yours? Photo editing,games,architecture etc

When last did you use a CD-ROM...?? and how many times have you used one in the past 6months?? the CD-ROM is gradually being phased out as online storage becomes more available, Also if you need cdrom for anything you can easily copy it to a flash drive from a different computer

if u need to preserve data,cd-rom mayb d best option.
