The Federal Executive Council held a valedictory session yesterday for seven ministers who are resigning from president
Jonathan's Cabinet to contest for Governorship in the 2015 general election.

President Jonathan who headed the session said that the outgoing ministers might not be present in the next FEC meeting as they are to
be resigned from their ministerial positions before going to the primaries..

During the Valedictory Session,President Goodluck thanked and commended the efforts of the Outgoing ministers and the role they have played in the nation...He said Further:

"If you are in PDP and you are a public officer or you are a civil servant, if you have to go into an elective office you have to disengage on or before 20th of this month," explained Jonathan
