A company, The Humber Group based in Lagos requires the services of a Front Desk Executive.
Job Description
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Make preparations for Executive committee meetings & other meetings
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Greet and assist visitors and the clients.
- Assist the Managing Directors and other staff as requested
- Provide administrative services for the Managing Directors
- Perform other related duties as required
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Make sure office is kept clean & tidy throughout the day.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to Operation manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
- Provide administrative support to Admin Department in maintain routine employee lists/reports, as required
- Carry out instructions given by the Administration
Reporting Line:This position reports to the Operation Manager
Skills
* Must be female aged below 30yrs
* Graduate at least 2years of working experience
* Must be have an excellent command of English
* should have experience in drafting official letters.
* Must possess good communication skills
* should have pleasant personality
* Must be computer technology inclined, excellent computer skills conversant with most social media e.g facebook, instalgram, twitter etc
Education: University Graduate
