The famed fashion designer who became popular after American first lady, Jackie O was spotted wearing his designs passed away at his home in Connecticut. Even though the designer has been battling cancer for some years now, the immediate cause of his death has not been revealed. He died at the age of 82. He was a wonderful designer, he made clothes to make a woman feel classy, beautiful and elegant. I remember watching all those red carpet shows and how A-listers would go "I'm wearing Oscar de la Renta". And he always used black models in his runway shows. Sleep well, sir.
