Suratul Baqorah, Qur'an 2:216 Dear brothers, always remember that verse. When you do your utmost in seeking to marry a particular sister and it doesn't work out, kindly let go for good. Do not go to extreme lengths nor start a needless 'war' over that. Surely, we only know what we know, there are much more we don't. For Allah's sake, desperation should not push us to 'senseless' or 'irrational' mode. The sister has the right to turn down your proposal. Cut her a slack and look forward to the bright side.
