To all HND applicant I wish you all the best in your interview tomorrow ........... and to all ND applicants we still don't know how the calculations will work concerning the cut off mark cus every body is still in darkness over it.... lets just wait and see what happens and if there is going to be any funny play by poly just be prepare to obtain the DPP form to be on a safer side.

with the report reaching me from school... the cut off mark the school released today has to do with what you scored in UTME (no weac/ neco is involve) if you dont meet ur department cut off I will advice you go for DPP.

No, some of them may probably be considered for second batch but would be another course (this occured last year).

Good morning to you all....... another info reaching me from school concerning ND applicants. kindly use the below info to calculate ur o level and add it to ur jamb score to see if you still have a chance.

Firstly, one sud calculate d five subject in O'level as follow:
A1 is 6point,,,,B2 is 5point,,,B3 is 4point,,,,C4 is 3point,,, C5 is 2point,,,,C6 is 1point.
e.g for someone dat hav C6 in his five subject, and C6 is 1point, so C6 in five places will be equal to 5 point.
Dat five points will be divided by 30, d answer will also be multiply by 50, after dat, d Jamb Score will be added to it. Dats d cut off mark.
Ur total scores will be determine if u reach d skul cut off mark above #copied as seen


Do it and compare ur overall score with the cut off mark from the school.

There is noting like dividing or adding of waec results, your jamb score will be used to offer admission..

Sir, this was the method adopted by University if Ibadan this year not The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
The Polytechnic, Ibadan (as at now) is using JAMB SCORES.
