The actress was one of a host of celebrities that were honoured at the Elle Women In Hollywood Awards in Beverly Hills last night.

It is very important that I mention the 42-year-old ordered a pizza to her table at the ceremony (as any self respecting celebrity should) before taking to the stage for her speech on sexism in Hollywood. The mother of two started by pointing out the obvious, "The fact that there even needs to be a Women In Hollywood event is a little bit sad. I mean, the men in Hollywood event is every day - it's called Hollywood."
