HDPE means High Density Polyethylene. I said HDPE bags because there are other types like LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene) and LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene) etc but its more prefeable to use cause of it durability.

The Blowing Machine/Extruder- For extruding the HDPE pellets into sheets ie the normal polyethyene we use.

The Cutting/Counting Machine- For cutting the sheets gotten from the blowing machine into different sizes.
Cutting machine has the local(manual) and the foreign(computerised) ones depending on the one you can afford.

The Punching machine and Sealing machine- For making handles and sealing og the bags.(These ones are optional)

You will need a very large capital because the machines are quite expensive that's if you are doing it on a large scale but on a smaller scale you won't need much capital sha.

One advantage of this business is that you can start from somewhere and grow ie the process is independent of each other. For example you can decide to start with the blowing of the sheets till you can afford the cutting machine and vice versa. Which ever one you choose yields profits very well.
If you are interested in the business you need to visit a factory around and ask questions and see how things are done
