Hello nairalanders, I have been have dis problem, it is eaten deep into my system, is about problem of PUBLIC SPEAK, I have read many book about hw to improve but anytime I try in d process of people showing attention shynes will catch me, and I will start shakin before u knw it I won't knw what next to say, I have been avoidin public interaction due to d embarrasment I have done to myself in d past, I will like anyone to help me, I want to improve my social live without embarrassin myself so that I won't loss respect my friends and others have for me. |
