Keanu Reeves: I Wanted The Role Of Batman And Wolverine But Was Passed Over by sammiestar: 3:04pm On Oct 26, 2014 |
Superstar Actor, Keanu Reeves wishes he could have played a Marvel or DC hero, but just never got a call from the studios. Reeves, who is currently starring in revenge thriller John Wick, told Moviefone : "I always wanted to play Wolverine," Reeves said. "But I didn't get that. And they have a great Wolverine now." "I always wanted to play The Dark Knight," the actor continued. "But I didn't get that one. They've had some great Batmans. So now I'm just enjoying them as an audience." He also said in a different interview that "it sucks" for him to not get more offers from Hollywood studios. Would you have prefered Keanu Reeves as the Batman to Ben Afleck? Meh, I prefer him as John Constantine. He can sign up to play Alan Wake if a movie script ever comes out. |
