I go to sleep and use to wake up paralyzed in my sleep, but not asleep, just
laying there eyes wide open paralyzed. I couldn't breath, i couldn't speak,
move anything but my eyes. I could look around but somebody told me its called "sleep paralysis"

Hi there, yeah that's what science calls it. People also say it's spiritual but either way, it's a very scary feeling.

I use to have it when i was back in school. For some reason i would wake up at nigth and won't be able to breath, paralysed. felt like someone was choking me.


I asked around and got the spirital answer from family and old women. Later found out it was a medical sydrome. But its still fatal for some people.
