I went for interview for a position of farm manager. I was asked for how much the salary will be after i was told i will live on the farm. Pls can anyone tell me an amount that you think is reasonable, the man said i should call him to tell him.

depends on the size of the farm... if its big, 80k isnt that bad

having said that, several factors will help u determine what you will ask for. for instance, do you get free food, do u get transport, but most importantly, do u get to receive product of the farm.

a fresh graduate with only NYSC could be happy with 50k

in all, its not easy to advise you, u just take some the factors i mentioned into consideration before giving the man a figure, and if u r still confused, tell the man to give you a figure and u can bargain. but dont undersell ursef.

Dnt forget what it means to be living in the farm.then put d size of the farm into consideration. All the same, btw 80k to 100k is nt bad. Then dnt forget my share ooo.

Depends on the size if the farm, by this I mean the financial size. A small one shd be able to pay 80k or there about. For a standard one ur pay range shd be between 120 and 150. Did financial analysis for a firm like dt today and I pegged the farm manager's salary at 150k
