Covenant University doesn't have any rule against twerking unclad in the privacy of your room, but I'm sure it has a rule against the viewing and distribution of nude videos. If CU judges were just, they'd punish the people who recovered and shared the video after it was deleted.

More effort should have been directed at finding out who started spreading the video. This is who should have been punished not the unfortunate girl. I think they actually 'deleted' it but didn't empty the recycle bin, so it could still be retrieved. A common mistake, though still not smart.
