Hello Nairalanders,

Please i need anyone who is knowledgeable on how this real estate agent operates. i just took a form and I'm currently paying N10,000 every month and I'm planing to pay N600,000 for 2years installmental payment. Now my question is:

1) how will one know if they re scam?
2 is there any document i need to get from them to prove they are authentic.


I'm confused, Cos i have started paying N10,000. i don't want to be conned. Any information you think might be helpful, pls share..thanks.
