I have tested and sold the encase before and it charge iPhone very much. U will use ur iPhone cable to charge it.
Yes your phone will first charge, then the encase charges if plug into power. You can also charge the encase alone if u like.

I believe u using iPhone 6 which battery capacity is 1900mah.
Yes it will charge ur phone full once .
When charging with the romoss encase, it will first charge ur phone and when it get full, the Encase start charging.
When your phone is inside the Romoss encase, you have to hold and press a button at the bottom of the encase to start charging ur IPhone if u want to use it. So its doesn't just start discharging when your iPhone inside the Romoss Encase.
