A reputable Nongovernmental organization (NGO) located in the heart of Lagos and working in partnership with World Health Organization, Centre for Disease Control, American Diabetes Association in the areas of eradicating diseases and poverty in Nigeria, is recruiting for the position of 20 Information Dissemination Executives in Owerri.
Job Description:

Successful candidates will be trained and empowered with information on some of the chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), stroke, heart failure, arthritis, etc. There are so many Nigerians suffering from these chronic diseases that are not aware of the causes, how to avoid them and how to manage and control them. Before now, it used to be HIV/AIDS but through enlightenment, people have become very much aware of this disease and the causes and now run away from it. The WHO, Center for Disease Control, American Diabetes Association, etc are of the opinion that the world is fast losing the health battle to deadly and chronic diseases, hence the need to do something about them.

The successful candidates will be packaged and empowered with the necessary materials that will enable them to disseminate the information to the general public.

After training, you will be able to visit different companies, governmental and non-governmental organizations, unions, clubs, etc. where you will learn on the job on how to disseminate the information.

You will be asked to train other people and also lead a team to the site of information dissemination and coordinate all the activities at the venue.

You will be given a target and a particular area of coverage and how you are able to successfully handle your team and your area will determine your remuneration.

You must be ready to travel to other states and out of the country at very short notice.

2. It is not an office job where you have to sit in an air-conditioned office and at the end of the month somebody pays you salary.
3. It is a position for business minded people who want to move from being an employee or a servant to rich business owners to being a business owner.
4. You will have to undergo a week or two in-house coaching and training on how to disseminate the information and learn how to use the gadgets.
5. You will start receiving first remuneration from information dissemination depending on how effective and capable you are on the job.
6. You will start earning additional remuneration based on your ability to train others to be a leader.
7. When you become a leader of a team, your first remuneration starts from at least =N50,000
8. If you are able to train somebody to be a leader like you, you are qualified to earn additional =N50,000 making =N100,000 every month.
9. The more people you are able to train to be a leader, the more money you earn.
10. There is no limit to how much you will make or earn in a month. Once we evaluate your effectiveness, you will be given the opportunity to lead a unit in any area of your choice.
