To this end, our team of highly experienced experts are available to take you through an enlightening experience in learning how to swim. This training will start with a 15 minute pep talk where you will be given adequate swimming tips. After this is the real action begins where you learn how to swim in a standard pool for one hour.

Although this training lasts for one week, you still have enough room to learn as you will have three sessions daily.
