Position :On-Premise Manager
Location:Lagos.

Job Description
Defines the top on-premise outlets within assigned area
Keeps an accurate list of those venues and stays up to date on the latest new outlets and developments such as hotels restaurants,clubs,pubs,and other relaxation spots.
Maintain relationship and communication with distributor partners to ensure best in class distribution, service, and inventory

Customizes appropriate Point-of-Sale (POS)
- Activates the brand via designated events in the venues
- Leverage national and global activities/events in the venues

Engages key decision makers to discuss different ways to build product volume while also achieving accounts’ needs
- Consistently and routinely performs Staff Education/Energizers to ensure proper brand understanding, right serving and pricing of product.
Routinely, and proactively, engages in activities to build relationships with key influencers in accounts and territory
- Build staff loyalty at accounts and create a point of difference

Requirements
Outstanding on premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”
- Minimum 5 years Sales experience in on premise environment with a strong track record of success
