Building technology is kind of similar to civil engineering(structural engineering) as student of both dept offers almost the same courses in the university, what a structural engineer can do, a builder can also do, same wit wat an architect can do, a builder can as well do, (not as good as architects) now with the recent collapse of building, the question remains WHO HAS THE SOLE RIGHT TO BUILD? A builder, a structural engineer? Definitelythe architect is out of this!
