Well, self defence skills is very important too. Everyone needs it, it gives a little bit of confidence and gaurantee. Let me share a short story;


A man, his wife and child were walking along the road by the express. Suddenly, a bus came from nowhere, left the express and almost hit them. In annoyance, the man hit the side mirror of the bus and it broke. The driver came down, dragged him into the bus and beat the hell out of him despite the fact that the driver was wrong. If the man could defend himself, it wouldn't have been as bad as it turned out to be before he was rescued, I felt so sad. So, self defence skills is very very important.












Another important skill is driving skills, you never can tell when you will need it particularly during emergencies. It is important everyone learns to drive.



Moreover, swimming skills is a necessary skill too, useful for emergencies and some dangerous situations, everyone should learn how to swim.


Finally, I think knowing how to play a musical instrument is important too for relaxation, expression of thoughts, meditation and so many things. For the guys, knowing how to play ian instrument can get you that lovely geishee too .....I remember how my friend, Evans had a lot of girls around him in the university days, he plays the guiter so well, composes R and B songs with their names whenever they come visiting and they just smile and blush along as he sings on. At least, it can put a smile on somebody's face. I manage to play the harmonica (mouth organ) and it is so much fun when friends, ladies and all request for a particular song and say, "can you please play this for me?" .
