Job Title: Business Manager, Hyprops Maintenance Services Limited


 Act as single point of contact between Clients and HMSL on all technical issues
 Responsible for all projects’ KPI’s
 Ensuring change out of all failed spare parts to ensure 100% back up is available in case of failed generators
 Coordinate all logistics
 Maintain on-going relationships and ensure total customer satisfaction.
 Providing all technical inputs for generator maintenance planning meetings
 Attend all relevant maintenance calls
 Attend and take part in all client meetings on generator maintenance
 Develop weekly and monthly project reports to management
 Drive the business development activities for HMSL
 Any other duties as assigned by Management


Job Specification:

 A University Degree preferably in Engineering.
 At least 8 - 10 years experience in the generator maintenance function.
 Dynamic, self motivated individual, able to work independently as well as in teams
 Excellent networking skills.
 Great presentation skills
 Excellent Oral and written communication
 Must have a high level of interpersonal skills.
 Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
 Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, internal and external constituents.
 Should have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Work Condition /Physical Environment:
• A significant amount of work will be done outside the office premises and on client sites.

Job Title: Finance Executive



Roles and Responsibilities:
 Ensure that Hyprops Nigeria Limited and any other Subsidiary Company assigned by the Finance Manager’s Finance/Accounts functions are consistent with Internationally Accepted Accounting Practices and with the agreed Accounting Policy
 Ensure development, implementation and continuous review of financial policies and procedures to ensure existence of internal controls
 Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, supervise all candidate company financing efforts and loan administration to ensure that all obligations are met
 Ensure timely completion and submission of periodic and annual financial reports for Hyprops Nigeria and any other company assigned by the Finance Manager
 Liaise with External auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audits
 Ensure Compliance with Federal and Local Tax Regulations by regular communications with transaction originating units and by ensuring that appropriate deductions are made on individual transactions and remitted as at when due.
 Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, ensure that the unit’s Treasury functions are carried out in line with the company’s Policy - proper investment of surplus funds
 Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, ensure the preparation of Hyprops Nigeria Limited and Subsidiary Companies’ Annual and other budgets
 Manage an appropriate finance control framework and ensure consistent application across the organization
 Develop strategies to optimize the company’s cash position
 Support the Finance Manager in providing financial advice on the company’s short, medium and long term cash/ funding/ risk situation to the Principals the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and the board of directors
 Implement Management financial policies in line with approved financial procedures and generally accepted Financial/Accounting practices and statutory requirements
 Manage effectively the budget and budgetary control system ensuring that periodic statutory and management information reports and accounts are timely produced
 Under the Guidance of the Finance Manager, prepare all financial reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
 Manage bank and creditor relationships


Job Specification:
 A University Degree preferably in Accountancy.
 At least 6 - 8 years experience in an accounting function.
 Experience in the oil and gas industry is desirable
 Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
 Knowledge of financial reporting
 Ability to work independently as well as in teams
 Excellent Oral and written communication
 Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in processes

Job Title: Internal Control Executive


Roles and Responsibilities:
 Perform and document tests of design of processes, including identification of controls in place and any modifications/additions to controls
 Perform tests of operating effectiveness of internal controls, develop plans for remediating ineffective controls
 Present plans, status updates and results of procedures performed to management and the Audit Committee on a quarterly basis
 Plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan.
 Conduct risk assessment of all units in accordance with timeliness
 To conduct any reviews or tasks requested by management
 Active participation in the development of internal control policies ensuring that they are relevant to HNL
 Develop and implement appropriate operating procedures to ensure compliance with HNL policies and local laws
 Ensure compliance with existing financial policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modifications as needed
 Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk resulting from poor internal controls
 Serves as liaison for all external audits and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with company requirements and reporting thereon, while sustaining a cordial working relationship with relevant stakeholders
 Review the responses to internal and external audit management letter queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented; follow up on audit action plan to ensure that all action items are resolved before the next
 Provide management with periodic reports on compliance with all internal control policies

Job Specification:
 A University Degree preferably in accountancy, finance or a related field.
 4 - 6 years of Oil and Gas service experience required in industry or Public Accounting
 Strong communication skills and work ethic required
 Strong excel skills required
 ICAN/ACCA qualified
