My fellow nairalander, someone gave me a referral form to fill for him, I ve answered some but having difficulty answering the rest. The questions are

1. What are the biggest change you've observe in the candidate in the past 12 month? Where has there been the most growth or development?

2. What is the best way to work with the candidate to quickly maximise his/her talents?

Please the person wants to return it tomorrow. thanks...

The thing is, I don't understand the question

In other words:

1. In what way(s) has your candidate changed for the better (or worse) in the past 12months regarding areas like his work skills, attitude to work, academic improvement, abilities, experience and other work related issues.

2. What is the best way to squeeze the most work out of the candidate? ie what approach/ kind of environment does he best operate in. Be careful there.
