These are the documents needed for signing of
clearance form:
¶ clearance form
¶ original jamb result
¶ original o'level result
¶ acceptance fee receipt
Note 1: you don't need your date of birth
certificate for
signing of clearance, you only need it for
arrangement
of school file.
Note 2: you will not be enabled to pay your
school fee
on the fresh student portal without signing of
clearance form. If your clearance form does not
pass
through the 3 stages (i.e. H.O.D, school officer
and
admission office), you will not be able to pay your
school fees!
©¶ you will be given Matric Number after
payment of
school fees, the current matric number on your
portal
isn't the real one. The first person to pay school
fee will
be matric number 0001 and others will follow in
accordance with the payment.
