The 'Perfume' singer's father, Jamie Spears, reportedly insisted Charlie Ebersol sign a non-disclosure contract before introducing him to the 32-year-old star when they met to debate a TV project.

A supply said the 31-year-old TV producer ,
whose father is 'Saturday Night Live' co-creator Dick Ebersol and mother is actress Susan St. James, did not mind signing the document, as he knew he would be needed to do so because Britney remains legally beneath her father's guardianship via a conservatorship following her public breakdown in 2007.
