Noodles: Indomie, Dangote, Golden penny, Chiki-Chiki etc all in the market for the mother who wants an easy way out to feed her children, two minutes its ready to eat, even adults too. Most mothers forget children in their formative years needs natural foods that would help the child develop properly and build up cells and tissues that would support its immune system and prevent cancer in future.

Noodles are basically carbohydrates with preservatives, addictive seasoning, that is why people are so addicted to the taste. Children like noodles because of the texture and flavour, very soft and easy to chew or swallow for them and most dont know the names of food. So if you ask "will you eat Indomie?", they'll nod or say yes. So why not replace it with ofada rice or even the regular parboiled imported rice. Give children well cooked food make it very soft and add lots of cray fish or prawn that is the secret! if it's rice, beans, yam, make it very, very soft. Blend lots of crayfish, onions and a little pepper together. When food is too complicated children play with it and drop it so make it simple. Make it porridge instead. Eat with your children they are encouraged when they watch you eat especially the lazy eaters.

Avoid artificial foods the leading cause of obesity, cancer and all sorts of ailment without cure but respond to healthy diet.
