Role Summary
This role is pivotal in
helping to support with the
drive for new business via
business development and marketing strategies, in order to meet targets for retention and growth.
This role is split between a traditional marketing, and the development and successful delivery of new income streams.
Key Responsibilities
•
To support the development of the Marketing and Business Development function.
•
To take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department.
•
To actively seek opportunities for and to develop new business opportunities, resulting in the
recruitment and retention of customers.
Main Duties
The post holder is expected to carry out the following specific duties:
Management
•
To take responsibility for originating and planning certain campaigns in conjunction with the Manager.
•
To develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.

•
Set income generation targets and ensure these are met.
•
Generate monthly reports of business generated through promotional activities and new business
Opportunities and provide monthly updates as required.
Database Management & Direct Marketing

Qualification: 4-5 years experience in marketing for a print media
BSc/HND in any relevant course
