Position:
[b]Human Resource Consultant

Key Roles:

   Assisting clients with strategically integrating effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations.
   Managing employees to provide guidance, direction and advice about the application or interpretation of human resources and labor policies, practices and procedures.
   Working closely with Management to maintain the integrity of the conflict resolution process or program by providing guidance and advice when employees file complaints or claims with Human Resources related to employment policies, procedures or practices.

Requirements:

   Consultancy experience of 2-3years.
   CIPM membership will be an added advantage
   Not more than 30 years old with excellent communication skills
   Minimum of Second Class Lower degree in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Humanities and related fields.
