Yea, that's my question...By what week do you start giving your broiler chicks finisher feed? This is my first time with the broiler business, and I have been giving them grower feed for four weeks now, and someone was telling me I should have started giving them finisher feed. Seriously, I didn't even know about that feed.

After 5-6weeks,u can start broiler finisher

They are to consume "starter" for the first 4 weeks. Switch to "finisher" from the fifth week till they are ready for the table. You may add bone meal to their feeds to ensure the bones are strong enough to bear their weight. An alternative is to mix "layers mash" with the "finisher" at the rate of 40:60. "Layers mash" contain more calcium for strong bones. Success
